Prophet Angela Powers has served in ministry for 25 years. Upon entrance into this service she has operated in multiple capacities to the advancement of kingdom education and values, teaching youth, young adults and adults in both church and parachurch settings. Outside of the church Prophet Angela’s teaching capacities have brought bible studies to men and women in transitional facilities, as well as, The National Fatherhood Initiative’s, Fatherhood for Moms class. Prophet Angela also served pastorally for 10 years. She is the visionary & founder of the World Impact Institute. Through the World Impact Institute Prophet Angela mentors and develops prophets & intercessors, hosts gatherings for training & elevation in prayer and intercession, hosts regional & municipal times of intensified extended corporate prayer, as well as other services. Prophet Angela was also the mobilizer of the prayer initiative, Pray Midwest, which sought to draw together believers across churches and denominational lines for corporate times of prayer to cover the region, before moving to the southern region. She also ministers itinerantly through the vehicle of AMP Ministries and is sought after to impact gatherings through her preaching, teaching and prayer. She is an ordained prophet of the New Era Apostleship Restitution Collaborative headed by Dr. Paula A. Price, renowned author of the Prophet’s Dictionary. Prophet Angela serves her Chief Apostle as the Assistant Chief Prophet of NEAR’s Global Company of Prophets and as the Supervisory Prophet for the NEAR Global Intercessory Squadron. Prophet Angela Powers oversees the Ministry Credentialing Program for prophets at Price University and is a professor at the university where the mighty go to "Learn Today.." so they can "Lead Tomorrow".
